Ms. Sheela .K. Sharath
Two Masters to her credit, Advertising & Journalism, acquired from reputed Universities in
the United States. She is one of those women who established that even women could be
successful in what hitherto remained the realm of men only- Industry & Business. She has
put in 25 years of service in Building Industry, during which time she has completed many
building projects that have established themselves as famous landmarks in Chennai, to this
day. For the past 3 years she has been managing a Shopping Mall in the heart of the city. An
entrepreneur in her own right, she is presently the Director of Pioneer Alloy Castings Ltd.,
Pioneer spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd., Pioneer software Park Pvt Ltd., Madras Township
Developers Private Ltd., Vantage Resorts and Clubs Private Ltd., Water Front Pier Hotels
Pvt., Ltd.; all successfully running business conglomerate. She is a philanthropist, who finds
joy in giving. She loves children, especially those who are disadvantaged and ever ready to
bring succor to them. She ardently supports IAPA’s “Arokiya”, Child Nutrition Project, being
implemented for the HIV infected children. With her at the helm of affairs, IAPA envisages
implementing many projects, to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS, especially among youth
and disadvantaged communities and help those who are living with HIV, to live fruitful and
prolonged lives.

 | Ms. Shanti Seshagiri
Mrs. T. S. Shanthi, one of the Trustees of IAPA is a businesswoman. She possesses 3 decades
of experience in the housing industry, while working as the head of M/s. Pioneer Group that
has developed many multiplex housing projects in the city. She has a degree in Economics
and presently she is engaged in catering industry, having started a multi cuisine restaurant
called the “Eastern Cuisines Pvt. Ltd., of which she is the Director. An ardent social worker,
who is committed to the prevention of HIV/AIDS, she is involved in all the programs of IAPA
and ready to help us in any way we require. Her experience and technical support is a great
asset to us.

 | Ranvir Shah
Ranvir Shah, the only male member in the Board of Trustees of IAPA is a Post Graduate. He
has 25 years experience in garment industry. He is an activist of marginalized communities
and supports many NGOs who work with marginalized and disadvantaged communities/
groups. He is a friend of IAPA and always willing to help us in all our activities. Every year
he organizes the famous “Citizen Run”, in the city to fundraise for NGOs who do not have
financial resources to implement projects for the empowerment of marginalized people and
communities. We are very fortunate to have him in our Board of Trustees. |
